Coffee talk!

I've been working part-time as a barista but had no previous experience or much coffee knowledge. I didn't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte, and I had never heard of a cafe au lait (now my favorite). People are very particular about their orders. So what's your go-to coffee or tea order?
