Mostly AI writing apps, since it's the most monetizable. For pricing models, probably subscription. GPT-3 is quite expensive with regard to pay per use, so to turn a good profit, writing apps essentially have to use a subscription model or suffer razor thin margins. Speaking of AI, I'm currently developing a rest API for AI that developers can use as GPT-3 alternative. There's much less restrictions since it's based on an open source model (BLOOM).
