Can your hosting service provider swap your new account signups with spambots?

So I have been having endless problems with namecheap. In the recent few weeks I am seeing just spambots registering for new accounts unlike in the past when humans also created new accounts. I have catchall and recaptcha enabled. The way they conduct the chat is also suggesting they are trying to hide something when I have raised these issues with them. I am reaching out to the community for some answers. Thanks
