our monetization strategy primarily focuses on a subscription-based model, offering different tiers of access to our services, combined with targeted advertising for non-subscribers, strategic partnerships to enhance our offerings, and a dedicated focus on user retention through continuous updates and personalized experiences, all aimed at driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

@jeff_pow_jp similar strategy here. Haven’t launched yet so still planning a little how we want to do our tiers, but it seems like the way to go

We are a B2B SaaS product (we serve analytics to the end users of our customers). The pricing strategy that we have gone ahead with is seat based pricing at the end user level. What this means is that if we sell our product to a company X then we charge them based on the number of end users that this solution has been enabled for from their end.
