Here are few tips on idea generation: 1. You don't need unique ideas; only a few ideas are truly unique. 2. You don't need a brilliant idea; good-enough ideas work well. 3. Ideas morph over time. Initial ideas are almost never the same as the final product. 4. Most good ideas are very un-sexy. 5. Your idea doesn't have to be the next big thing; small businesses are killing it. 6. If others think it's too hard, that leaves a gap for you 7. You'll be putting a lot of time into the idea, so make sure you enjoy it. 8. The competition is good. It means people want the product. 9. Always start with questions: what problem it solves? 10. Don't rule out ideas that are already executed; seek niche improvement 11. Most companies succeed not because they have a unique ideas, but because they are consistently well executed 12. I believe it’s more about working on building transparency with your customers from the beginning. Take them with in your journey to scale your startup. If you make the first ones understand the vision, the next ones will also stick with you!

My best tips: - build an audience of equally-minded folks & develop relationships. - create a landing page for your product and validate it soon. - build your product and start to sell it. Conclusion: sell before you build. Hope it helps.

here are some tips for early-stage startups looking to launch a successful product: Focus on solving a real problem: Ensure that your product solves a genuine problem that a significant number of people face, and validate your idea through market research and customer feedback. Keep it simple: Start with a minimal viable product (MVP) that has the essential features and functionality, and add more features as you go along. Build a great team: Assemble a team with diverse skills and experiences to help bring your product to market. Get feedback early and often: Engage with potential customers, get their feedback, and use it to continuously improve your product. Be agile: Be open to pivoting your product or strategy based on feedback and market trends. Get to market quickly: Don't spend too much time perfecting your product before launching it. Instead, get it to market quickly, learn from your users, and iterate. Network and collaborate: Build relationships with potential customers, partners, and mentors to expand your reach and learn from others. Focus on user experience: Make sure your product is easy to use, provides value, and creates a positive experience for your users. Secure funding: Secure enough funding to support your product development and marketing efforts, and consider your options for fundraising, such as venture capital, crowdfunding, or bootstrapping.

Understand your customers or target segment as much as possible to create a perfect value proposition and tailor the experience around their needs. Validate your assumptions when you can. Get feedback on your designs and user test before you start the development.

To keep it short and simple: launch early and launch fast. We launched a very barebones MVP with evoke-app.com for our stable diffusion API. We got an influx of users and received a flood of complaints. This was a good thing, because it let us iterate and determine what our users wanted.

@richard_gao2 receiving flood of complaints is also a blessing in disguise as you can solve it out and make your product more like the one that user wants

A few recommendations from my side: Start building an audience in advance: Start interacting and engaging within the community at least a few weeks in advance. Be active in the comments section and respond to feedback, questions, and suggestions. Make a great product page: Make sure your product page is visually appealing, has clear and concise messaging, and includes a demo or video showcasing your product. Reach out to your network: Reach out to your network and ask for support in the form of upvotes and comments. This can help get your launch noticed by others. Offer incentives: Consider offering a special discount or bonus to people who sign up during your launch to incentivize them to support your launch. Follow up: After your launch, follow up with everyone who has shown an interest in your product and continue to engage with the Product Hunt community.

I feel these might help you 👇 1. Build in public and keep the people in the loop 2. Launch an MVP as soon as possible 3. Don't waste time on secondary features, build and launch with the one main feature and focus on them later 4. Use No Code tools to build faster 5. Do a pre-launch before launching on Product Hunt 6. Find the communities where your audience will hang out and plug your product when necessary and 7. Launch on Product Hunt
