After successfully building and selling my product, Cowtransfer.com, to Gaoding.com, one of China's largest design SAAS platforms with 46 million users, I have made the difficult decision to step away from my creation. While Gaoding.com has offered to allow me to continue managing Cowtransfer, I feel that it is time for me to move on and pass the torch to someone or a team who can take it to new heights. In my LinkedIn article, "It's okay to leave", I share my thoughts and reflections on this transition and why I believe it is the right move for me. Yes! It's often daunting to think about leaving the product or company you started, but it is doable with the right amount of focus and courage. Stepping away from what you know to pursue a different opportunity requires an immense amount of faith and a willingness to take action. You don't need to worry that you're abandoning what you've built - chances are, you can always come back if things don't work out the way you'd hoped. Plus, nothing is stopping you from moving on and learning something new! Go ahead - your future success may depend on it!
