Can we use AI with moderation, please?

I'm pretty active here on Product Hunt. Admittedly, I started out just trying to keep my streak going but I eventually fell in love with just seeing the cool things you are all building and launching every day. Naturally, I started engaging with a few Makers :) so now I'm on some sort of launch day mailing list. A lot of makers reach out daily, asking me to check out their new products and I really don't mind it, I actually love it. It's like a reminder to check out some cool stuff. So what's the problem? A few Makers automate the outreach process. Copying and pasting a message a couple of 1000 times is hard, maybe even borderline silly. I get it. But when I respond to you (me, a human) I don't want to talk to your OutreachGPT AI bot. When I ask a question or leave a review, I don't want to talk to your CommentReplyGPT bot. I want to talk to YOU. 8/10 times I'm probably one of the few people engaging with you (the Maker). You're not so busy that you have to automate it. Honestly, it puts me off ever trying your product. I imagine: Will my support requests to your $100MRR startup be handled by a robot? Is your entire "team" just AI agents? Are you even human or too busy to be working on this product in the first place? Your premature optimization is losing you customers. You most certainly lost me and my support (let alone interest) in your future endeavors.

Absolutely agree! It's all about people. I love to talk with other makers/creators, but not with outreach system.
