Can makers personally reach out to their product subscribers before launch?

I understand that ProductHunt automatically notifies subscribers when a product launches, but I'm curious about whether there's a way for makers to personally connect with people who've subscribed to their upcoming launch. As makers, we put a lot of effort into building our subscriber base for a successful launch, and while the automatic notifications are great, I believe personal outreach could help build stronger connections and engagement. Does anyone know: - If we can see who our subscribers are? - If there's a way to communicate with them directly? - If this is even allowed within ProductHunt's guidelines? Would love to hear from experienced makers who've successfully managed their pre-launch subscriber relationships or from anyone who knows ProductHunt's stance on this. Thanks in advance for your insights! πŸš€

Hey @gaurav_singhal8 πŸ‘‹ We don't have the functionality for seeing a list of subscribers or directly messaging them. This is by design. While most makers have good intent, we wouldn't want users getting a flood of direct messages for every product they follow. I'm curious about your use case. Is it that you'd want to write a custom message for your followers about your upcoming launch instead of them being sent the standard automated notification?

@jakecrump hey Jake, Yes. I wanted to send a custom message on their email on the launch day. Do you think it is possible?

So, one way that comes to mind is Go to your LinkedIn messages where you have requested people to notify your product. May be you have an idea of who might have notified or not. And you can ping them again to upvote your product.. maybe? Well, I am not that sure if this is a good way. But happy to learn this from here! :)
