People should feel the company with little organizations and suprises. If there'd be a bad incident in his/her private life, supervisors should help to protect the current situation. Moreover, educate each team player with their current level of knowledge. Wi-fi speed and other support types should be done, too.

It really depends on the individual and the type of work. WFH is great for saving energy (no commuting hence less stress), but it can also lead to social isolation, and extended remote working can lead to the line between work and personal lives to blur as people work and rest in the same space. I'd say WFH is best when in combination to coming to the office.

Zoom, Slack, Notion, Gather, and a stable WiFi connection can make remote work much more productive. For me, WFH saves a lot of energy haha

@joy_eom If you use Edworking then you won't even waste time, money, and energy juggling between all of these tools that you mentioned!

Smart working allows you to work better and optimise your time, but it is nice and also very useful to meet face-to-face from time to time to work together physically. Together you work better and can brainstorm. Being present also increases the sense of unity among the whole team, which no longer works alone on the project but shares days with colleagues. The hybrid is in my opinion a great solution, always preferring remote.

They are ideally in a comfortable spot. Which means they'll be willing to do more. I think though Hybrid environment is the best.
