AI chatbots have made incredible strides in understanding and replicating human conversation, their ability to fully replace human interaction is still limited by factors such as their inability to experience emotions, understand complex context, or develop a genuine personal connection, however, they can greatly augment and streamline tasks involving information delivery and basic customer service, paving the way for a future where humans and AI work in tandem.

Hmm... Replace? Haven't they done that already to a great extent? Which website can you go to where you are not forced to talk to a bot before you can reach a human?
Bots will never perfectly replace a person, but they are going to supplement a lot of functions and will surely be the gatekeepers.
