    Yes you can add pre-existing AI tools but there are many more AI tools that don't already exist that should be brought to light... For example I was working on a ML model that can look at pictures of teeth and recognize the diagnosis code from orthodotics. There's nothing "off the shelf" that can do this. Someone competent (Data sciencist/AI Engineer) needs to create this model and there's many many others that have yet to see the light of day.

    One of the questions that I really struggle with here is how to to build a defensible product when anyone can replicate the same functionality with just a few API calls. Seems to me like the cutting edge of this field continues to require some expertise in AI/ML/DS.
