Hi everyone, I have realized a lot of problems exist in the whole hiring process. And I want to build a one-stop solution that makes hiring more reliable, cost-effective, and fast for startups. Would love to know your take on this?

Even though the tech industry promotes transparency and inclusiveness, the tech world is still an old boys’ club. The industry needs to make it clear that it value diversity, and also needs to make it clear to women and minorities that they are welcome. The tech industry can be very cut throat and knowing that one is part of a supportive team is very important.
