Building Apps for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS is still an Option?

Windows 10/11 and Mac OS are widely used OS across the world, we may see the shift towards web and mobile but desktop based and Mac based apps is still a valid option? I have few apps which I want to release for "FREE" and keep user's away from registering their accounts.. So it will be like no-nonsense thing! Just download and use it.
