Breakfast or no breakfast? When do you break the fast?

And perhaps more importantly, whats your go-to breakfast to have a great workday?

I usually need to leave my house at 6:30AM so it depends on when I get up. If I'm eating - I eat at home - some sandwiches, eggs, smoothies, etc. If I'm late to get out of bed - I eat on the way - yogurts, fruits, protein bars, or something like that. But lately, I've been missing my breakfast and only eat lunch.. Don't really like to feel hungry until afternoon. Btw, we’re launching in late May. Check out our upcoming PH page: www.producthunt.com/upcoming/eff... Our project is called: Effecto. It’s an app for detailed health tracking. Pretty much for everything that is related to your physical or mental health and every daily factor that can affect you.

@kmelaika Are you building Effecto at an office?
Dylan Merideth
@kmelaika Thats an early get up and go, good thing since you are developing an app that is a health aid, youre probably pretty mindful of routine and health:)

Funny thing is I usually eat when I’m reminded I haven’t eaten 😂😂😂

I have been noticing some better focus if I dont eat until noon, but by then I am usually ravenous since I workout first thing. Do you believe in breakfast being the most important meal of the day?
Saamer Mansoor
@dylan_merideth I have been fasting for Ramadan (from sunrise to sunset) and it has really helped me focus, as I don’t need to focus on preparing and eating anything Breakfast isn’t the most important meal. It is great though in helping your body orient to the day and train you to get hungry and wake up early.

@saamerm yeah youre completely on it Saamer, being hungry in the morning is an amazing motivator for kicking the sheets off and starting your day

my #1 go-to is a cortado and a croissant at my local cafe next door to my Bucharest apartment. They pull the croissants out the oven at 9AM on the dot, so I'm always first in line to grab them. I actually haven't been in Romania in 4 months now and I really miss it xD
Dylan Merideth
@szaciu uh WOW. Fresh croissants? I miss them for you Sergio. Croissants sound great now for the record
