š” 202X shift in Mindset:
- branding is less about chasing leads (hunter), and more about nurturing long-term relationships (gatherer)
š” What it focuses on:
- building trust
- getting insights
- understanding customer needs
- patience, empathy, and consistency
- long-term value creation, not short-term wins
- creating ecosystems to attract, nurture, and engage
- curating value so that customers get drawn to the brand
- building a tribe of loyal supporters by growing engagement
š” What it gets:
- durable brand presence
- deeper, more meaningful connections
š” Who gets it:
- leaders looking for impact, not quick results
When you're busy gathering value, opportunities tend to find you first.

Spot on, Adrian! Branding today is definitely more of a long game. It's about consistently showing up, providing value, and building real relationships with your audience over time. Gone are the days of just blasting out ads and expecting quick conversions. The brands that win are the ones that focus on creating community and connection.
