    Usually in Traditional Employment verification process, which typically involves an employer hiring a third-party agency to verify a new employee's background. Now by creating a platform where employees can upload their employment documents for verification. This process is automated, with the platform sending out verification emails directly to the relevant parties. Once verified, these documents can be securely shared by the employee directly from the platform for purposes like new job applications. The flow of information in this platform changes the dynamic from Employer -> Third Party -> Employee to a more direct and automated Employee -> Verification -> Shareable Profile. What do you think?

    Even go one step further. Create a trust chain. So you dont have to bother with references. On a blockchain to make it legit.

    @kamalpratap Also, you can check references at the start of the interview process not at the end. Which is a huge pain atm.

    @sentry_co Great thought! Future employers needing verification won't have to contact the previous employers or the issuing authorities repeatedly.
