I have been preferring books for a long time but I lately find myself enjoying audio books more. I can listen to them while I do other activities and helps me retain information while I multitask

The choice between books and audiobooks for learning depends on individual preferences and the specific context. Books offer active engagement and the ability to annotate, which can enhance comprehension and retention. On the other hand, audiobooks provide the flexibility to multitask and are accessible to those with visual impairments. Both formats have their advantages, and the effectiveness of each may vary depending on the wide strap bras content and the learner's style and situation.
