Biggest challenge as a tech founder?

The biggest challenge as a tech founder often lies in navigating uncharted territories. Let me share my own journey of co-founding defipe.io with my founding mate Samrat. We began with a straightforward idea: spot trading. We built a basic MVP, hoping it would attract funding despite the thousands of competitors in the space. As first-time founders, we soon realized the importance of standing out in the crowded market. Our turning point came when we discovered a more promising market: future trading. Without a second thought, we jumped right in, not fully grasping the complexity of what lay ahead. That's when the real challenges began. Executing the intricate architecture of a future trading system required us to be meticulous about our choices. We needed the best libraries, algorithms, languages, and cloud services to deliver an unparalleled user experience. 🛠️ This was no easy feat—it demanded countless hours of research and experimentation. We dug deep, exploring how the architecture should work and identifying the optimal tools. Our dedication paid off when we finally built the testnet, marking a significant milestone in our journey. ✨ In the process, we also discovered our Unique Selling Proposition (USP). This realization propelled us forward, and we eventually created a Future Trading Decentralized Exchange for NFTs, real-life assets, and cryptocurrencies. 🎉 Our journey was far from smooth, but it was incredibly rewarding. As a tech founder, overcoming these challenges taught us the value of resilience, innovation, and strategic thinking.
