A good community is essential for growth. Please suggest ways in which we can find, reach out and collaborate with communities for mutual benefit.

I think the best way remains on building a tool, even at an MVP stage, and share it with the maximum of people. Have free access and get as much feedback as possible and make the iterations needed. It's plain and simple but I believe that's the most effective way when you are starting from zero.
That's personally the strategy I will adopt when my MVP is ready.
