From my years of navigating both UX and UI landscapes, I've learned there's no substitute for hands-on experience. Tools can guide you, but they don't replace the intuition and insight gained from years of solving real user problems. I lean on that experience more than any software. I heard that Axure RP has its merits for UX depth. Keen to hear your take on it!

When it comes to UX design, it's all about creating seamless user experiences that delight and engage. Remember, a great UX design app should prioritize functionality over aesthetics. Be sure to look for features that focus on user research, wireframing, and prototyping to bring your designs to life! Happy designing!

If we're speaking of making mockups to show rough UX flows/customer journeys, any common tool like Figma will do. For something simpler, Excalidraw is nice, its simple but functional enough. I personally love Balsamiq, I've had a lot of joy making wireframes with it (this is not advertisement!)
