I know it depends of the industry, business model, region, niche, and more. But give me your tips.

i feel like this is one of those questions that's best answered by trying a bunch of different ways and then pursuing what worked best

there is no best time. it's impossible to predict what life circumstances thousands to millions of users will go through at any given time. all you can do is try to find data on when they're most active, but of course: bye privacy.
