    I use google ads keyword planning, it's free and pretty useful

    I use Mangools. It does everything you need for keyword research but it's also a great all-in-one tool (depending on your company size/goals). It's user-friendly and you can also scan your competitor’s URLs to find their best-ranking keywords. Would reccomend! :)
