Best Realistic Audio generation AI tool

Folks - while i've looked and looked and looked, I can't seem to find an AI voice generator (even paid) that will do a good enough job. I tried Eleven Labs but it doesn't get the right tone or pitch or speed. My use case is to use it as a Voiceover for an explainer video. I don't want it to sound robotic but it seems we're still some ways away from it. Anyone discovered something that could really solve this for me? Paid is ok. It'll be faster and cheaper than paying for a VO artist, i'm assuming!
