My Friend is a Digital Nomad. It comes with upside and downside as well but overall it's pretty cool concept. Upside as you mentioned. Downsides are when people don't have irl conversations it's hard to get new ideas and perspective. In remote work we often have to check calenders and schedule meetings with anyone. while in office you can just walk in and ask about anything. Connections in online becomes more professional. That's just my experience I do hybrid work.
