For me, 1. Communication Apps Quick text replies and I can answer phone calls directly from my watch. 2. Navigation Turn-by-turn directions on Google or Apple Maps, especially during walking. 3. Calendar/reminds/to-do list Apps 4.Payments Using NFC for mobile payment. Do you have any other different cases?

Great list, Zhiqi! Besides the usual health tracking, my Apple Watch has become a mini command center for staying on top of life. I use it for smart home control—managing lights and thermostat adjustments through apps like HomeKit or third-party ones. It’s especially handy when I’m cozy on the couch and too lazy to get up. Another fun use case is language learning. Apps like Duolingo or flashcard apps make it easy to sneak in a quick vocab review while waiting for coffee. And for work, I love using Slack notifications—it helps me respond to urgent messages without diving into my phone rabbit hole. How about you—any niche apps or features that surprised you with how useful they are?

Besides health stuff, I love using my Apple Watch as a remote for my iPhone camera - it's so handy for taking group pics and selfies from a distance! I also dig the Citymapper app for transit directions on my wrist while exploring new cities. And of course, pinging my iPhone from my Watch has saved me countless hours of frantically searching for where I left the darn thing, haha. It's crazy how many neat little features and apps there are beyond the standard fitness tracking!
