On my opinion digitalization era, inventing and transforming concept from non tech to tech development has already over in every kind of business unit. Nowadays, most of big company focus on expand their business non organically, such as merger and acquisition small company to be part of them. Not, wrong strategy. But on the other hand, there are a lot of people who works to build their own product and keep it small. Thus they will mastered for this segmentation. Focus on niche customer with target medium to high buyer. Serving best experiences. Keep engage with them through their story telling. Maintain their after service connection, etc In Indonesia, my country, this product usually dominated with handy craft product, food and beverages, hospitality. What do you think about it?
