BARD has the ability to take over ChatGPT, since Google can easily integrate it into Android phones.

Google does have distribution with Android and being default search on Apple as well but so does Microsoft with Windows and they can always pay premium to Apple to replace Google as default. Chat bots are anti google in the business model so they have to loose revenue to succeed in Generative AI bot space.
