Signed the first enterprise contract ๐Ÿ’ธ ๐Ÿ’ธ ๐Ÿ’ธ 4. 4K+ members in simplified community groups from all over the globe. What did we learn in August? 1. We have a solid foundation in place. The product is scaling without much friction. 2. Product resonates with more than one persona; several untapped use cases can be addressed down the line. 3. Still early, but a good start. What are the challenges? 1. To go fast, we need to go slow, still learning about the market, to settle on ICP. 2. Defining the right KPIs to measure success. 3. Process and planning without compromising speed of execution. *** Our moat is the speed of execution and quality of the product -- Here's some breakdown on the Google Search Journey: 1/3. It took us 3 months to go from 0 to 11,000 impressions. This is a stage where it's easy to quit bcoz nothing seems to be working. 2/3. It took us a month to go from 11,000 to 44,000. This is where we doubled down on our experiments on: - Blogs - Landing Pages - Link building - On-Page 3/3. It took us another month to go from 44,000 to 216,000.
