@slimmy82 Absolutely, a seamless launch is the goal! What approaches or methods do you consider most successful in spotting and resolving potential issues before the big day? Any interesting stories from past launches?
@shaimaa_sa93 make sure we have 2-3 start to end run through to make everything is as best as it can be. But users will always finds bugs. It’s making sure there is a way for them to report it so it can be fixed.

Making decisions based on poor or incomplete data... that is the reality of product management - as much as you want to be data driven you will ALWAYS have to make a decision where you go: "I wish i knew more about X" ... the craft is to understand when that piece of information is critical versus when it is of minor impact

@dquintas Absolutely, Managing incomplete data is quite a skill, right? Making decisions often depends on finding that delicate balance. What has helped you get better at making sound decisions with incomplete information?

@shaimaa_sa93 it’s about being explicit about what you know vs what you assume to know, and then working out what could go wrong if your assumptions are incorrect. If the impact of your wrong assumptions is high - that is a sign you need more data, if the impact is low (or easily fixed) that means probably just go ahead
