We usually do it through surveys and reaching out to users directly via email to ensure their satisfaction :)

@sandradjajic What is the accuracy rate of the surveys?

We use Productboard to gather and analyse insights and we're sending there all feedback from surveys, internal Slack communications, etc.

@pm_optimizer How much do you pay for Productboard and why do you prefer it?

@ferhan_gul I think we pay around $80 - $100 per maker seat - person that can make changes to the tickets, etc. I didn't try any other product management tool to gather insights to be honest. But I like it because of the ease of use and intuitive UI & UX. It's extremely simple to integrate all the feedback through Zappier to Productboard and organize the customer's feedback. PB also has great roadmaps that are simple to use and the overall evaluation of feedback based on "impact score" for each feature is just perfect. It calculates how often it occurs and what's the importance of the issue to the customer.

@pm_optimizer Do you want to try other tools to find out that the tool you use is the best without trying any other options? Producter.co seems like a great alternative for this purpose ✨ With its 5 different modules, you can manage your product management process from ONE tool 🚀 The fun part starts right here: 😅 - Instead of analyzing the product from mixed documents, you can determine the final result of the product within minutes by opening the Product Dashboard, and accelerate the product development. Would you allow me to do a live demo of the product for you? 🌐

@ferhan_gul Thanks Ferhan, but unforunately, I don't have the capacity at the moment to try new tools. PB serves us well now and it's deeply integrated in our flow. It's hard to get unhooked :D

We use telegram community channels to listen to our early adopters and for all users we use frill.co.

@edworking I'm biased here (we're building ProdCamp), but what do you like about Frill? Have you compared it with other solutions?
