As a product maker, what tools do you use to manage your tasks?

My strategy is to not manage tasks. I make some ephemeral crunch lists sometimes. but mostly it's just fixme and todo comments in the code. The thing with todo lists is that they become prisons, they grow and they stick around too long.

I've loved using @asana over the years - I can't believe it's not more popular with all the great features
