Hello everyone! What has been the most difficult aspect of product design for you, and how have you overcome it?

@jaso_rossi  talked about balancing. It's all bout the trade off and the opportunity cost. Release now vs. Release later. Good enough vs. Delightful enough. What user says they want vs. what they really need.
