Being a founder can take a huge toll on our physical and mental health. What are some practices you guys use to look after your own wellbeing?

I'd recommend putting aside at least some time of each day to workout. This will also help your mental health.

@nategecko Couldn't agree more! There's so much research coming out now to support the claim that being physically active can drastically help with your mental health. So important!
Definitely make time for regular exercise, even if it's just 30 mins a day. Eating healthy is key too - cut out processed junk and focus on whole foods. Meditation helps a ton with stress. And don't forget to take breaks throughout the day to recharge. Your physical and mental health should be top priority as a founder!
I think it is important to get enough sleep every day, which is not only good for my physical health, but also allows me to have enough energy to complete various tasks the next day.
