I have been listening to "How to Start a Startup" on Alpe app - https://link.alpeaudio.com/70to/be69d848 and in the first couple of podcast they talk about where the best place is to find Founders. They make the case that college is the best place because you get to know people really well and they recommend you only go into a startup with people you know well.
