Are Your Using Virtual (Human) Assistants from Foreign Countries?

Every time management book I read that are written by successful entrepreneurs, they talk about delegation of chores for giving the founders more time to focus on bread and butter and not crumbs. They recommend using VA a lot. I just don’t see how a VA can help in a company of dozen engineers just yet. Pre pandemic, we had business manager on site to deal with staff matters like leaves and other office needs including HR but since then we automated many of them. Do you use VAs and how does that work for you?
