    Product-led growth and product-led revenue are going hot topics these days, and I wanted to ask your thoughts on embracing a product-first approach to drive growth and revenue. Have you implemented a product-led approach to your business, how do you manage the process of acquiring and retaining customers, and do you use any product-led revenue tools?

    as we are really early stage, we do things that don't scale (outbound, don't scale at our prices). We are focusing on Product Led Growth because of our target audience. Product Led Sales is getting relevant when you want to upsell your customer and get to a bigger ACV. This is currently not a focus for us.

    @matthias_strafinger Thank you for sharing your perspective on product-led growth and your current focus as an early-stage company, Matthias. While it's true that at early stages, we make unscalable efforts, but I believe it's still crucial to prioritize the audience based on product data and their engagement, even in the early stages. For example, do you have a system for identifying signed-up users and prioritizing them as PQL (product-qualified leads)? People have signed up for free - ok, but who are they, do they have persona-product fit, what are their background, what events they do inside, have they passed the milestone event in the product, etc...
