Oddly enough we're doing the thing everyone says not to do.. and servicing both! It's a new search engine across social media conversations and UGC.
@aron_steehouwer Very true - will definitely be a challenge. And the search engine will essentially be able to search across various social media platforms. Here are some examples: say you want to find conversations where people are expressing the problem your product solves (lead gen), you want to know what people's biggest problem is with a competitor (research), or potentially just want to find an answer that a person has given as. Think perplexity but the data is social media
