Are you for or against subscription-based models?

Hey everyone. I'm pretty new to PH. I'm actually building a webflow subscription-based agency. I've been transitioning from engineering to full-time design, which is what I enjoy more.

Nice to see a fellow deisgner here!

Honnestly I'm not convinced by subscription-based design agency. It requires deep process automation to get as many customers as possible onboard. It does work for some people, but they spend more time thinking about processes than about design.

I know it's not for me, but hopefully it works great for you!

@sebastien_chaine hi Sebastien. Thanks for the insight. I agree. It seems that many subscription-based agencies try to focus more on the processes instead of the design itself. I'd like to definitely incorporate both, but delve more into the design and development. Hopefully, that will help separate myself from the rest (and as well as the niche).
