Personally I use my own AI to manage incoming calls when I'm overloaded and I let it book appointments for me so that my potential leads don't see my competition when I'm busy doing certain things. It gives me time to do certain administrative tasks at the same time and be more productive during my days. By the way my AI is also able to answer questions for me when I am busy thanks to the fact that it is directly linked to my CRM.
