#buildinpublic seems to be a great way to gather a loyal audience and create expectation but also can be a risky considering anyone can watch and copy your work. So how do you do?

How do you build in public exactly ? Tweeting a lot about your milestones ?

@mho22 I am no expert either, but from what I've gathered it is literally to build your product in public by sharing your journey successes, challenges and failures, getting and answering feedbacks and so on. Apparently Twitter is indeed the most used channel but you could user others like (youtube, or reddit) or a combination of a few channels depending on your audience.
We're so eager to embrace this trend, but honestly, we're a bit uncertain about the how-to as first time builders and founders. It sounds awesome, though! The tricky part is finding that balance between transparency and revealing too much too soon.

@akanksha_hunts It does sound like the perfect approach for validating ideas, building an audience, building brand awareness and if done right, building brand reputation. But I agree with you about the how-to and this delicate balance.
