Are there any tools for better stock image/video search?

When you want to insert an image or a video in your post, do you open several different tabs with stock images and spend some time searching for the best one, then download it, then switch back to your post and upload it? I can easily kill an hour looking for a perfect one. Is there an easier alternative?
