Are Ai images ‘art’?

Interested to hear the community view on generative ai images. To trigger thinking - Ai generates the image but human creativity generates the prompt, so is the output still art? AI can create a prompt but still needs human intervention to input to an image generator (ChatGPT to Midjourney for example) - still art ? When we get to ai generating prompt and resulting image without human intervention is it still art?
