Forest definetly help me a lot, especially for studying. It is the only app that I paid to get the Premium plan and I never regretted.

if you work on windows machine, microsoft to do app is not that bad. You can set goals in general and for specific day, you can set Focus Session using the native Clock app on Windows - and they are synced with the tasks from the to do app. And when you choose a task for focus session, it's gonna show you how many minutes have you spent on a specific task - which helps identify the tasks that steal the most of your time. There is some integration with spotify to play music - the implementation is not great, but it works somehow, so overall I'd say it's 4/5 - needs more improvement, but you can give it a try for productivity boost.
