Anyone tried intermittent fasting? For the past couple of weeks I've been doing it unintentionally because of my class schedule I have a bunch in the morning and none in the afternoon/evening Haven't noticed many changes 🤷‍♂️

That's great! It actually really works wonders if you get into the habit of it rather than consciously trying to achieve it. Set achievable targets and changes will come with time. It also depend on other factors like are you still trying to stay active, eating healthier food, etc. Hope that helps :)

It needs to be done mindfully. What you consume during the IF matters(aka carbs/proteins/fiber, etc). Also matters how healthy your metabolism already is.

Yes, find it a tad bit draining though during the work week.
