Here are the features of the app: - A workout scheduler and a comprehensive library of exercises. - Users can plan weekly workouts, log sets and reps for each exercise, watch video demonstrations, and track progress with interactive charts displaying personal records. - Users can create custom workout routines, adding them to the weekly exercise log.
