Anyone else streak reset even though they logged in?

Question

I was on a 322 day streak. I login every day and surf PH for at least 5 minutes in the morning before work. Has been my routine for 322 days. Today I just noticed my streak was RESET to 3 days! Has this happened to anyone else?

@david_sipos What, can you keep a streak just by keeping the mobile app open in the background? No interaction? I always use the website to maintain the streak 😅

I lost 3 times my 100+ streak because the PH mobile app logged out and I did not noticed :/

Yes mine does. I had 250 day streak next day I noticed it got reset to 1 day streak.

Awww no, sorry to hear that!

I tried the app and found it to be super buggy so i just use desktop. Just the buggyness put me off, i did not think it could reset your streak. Super gutted for you.
