Anybody here using ChatGPT for hiring ?

I've seen few products launched in recent months, using GPT to streamline the hiring process.

When I need to conduct research for a new job opening or request, I rely on ChatGPT to obtain insights about target companies in a specific location where I'm sourcing for a particular role. It assists me in discovering tools that can improve my sourcing efforts in those locations and offers inspiration for describing the role. I can even ask for essential details that I should include in my job advertisement. I believe ChatGPT serves as a starting point, providing preliminary information that I used to search for on Google before. I'm currently experimenting with several AI tools to stay updated on the new possibilities within the HR field.
