What helped me was figuring out what triggered me to feel anxious, and then learning how to deal with it or how to avoid certain triggers as much as possible.

Give yourself more credit than you usually do, you deserve it!
adopting a pet for sure, kinda waste money and time for caring them but the best thing i think they can reduce stress or anxiety
