Any tips for for a launch one week away?

@oscar_wehbe That's one of the more confusing aspects to me in general. So it's normal to launch at 12am PST, but I'm on the east coast. So should I be awake at 4 am fielding questions?

@andrew_bagby Unfortunately yes. I have the good fortune of living is Sydney, Australia so we'll launch at 5pm local time, although most of my team is in San Francisco and some will be staying awake. To save yourself some sanity I would develop an FAQ before launch that way you can copy and paste a couple of answers to people's questions.
