In terms of another PH launch, I would ask existing customers to give you review and upvote for you, because they already had experience so it is a kind of "approval" of your quality.
It really depends on what your product is and your objectives.
If for slash page it may be worth speaking to micro influencers like @janism, 1) listing on his directory 2) seeing if you can get on their newsletter, 3) getting them to write or create content about it.
For PH and return on time:
One of the key things we have heard people who have reached Top 5 say is a social channel you know or are prepared to invest time with.
Ask people to check out your product and if they like it to give you feedback and signup for your teaser.
